Bridging the CSR gap: From theory to practice
The world of CSR and ESG is big and complex.
And its importance is only rising as more and more legislation is coming and more and more consumers expect it.
Given the complexity of this field, it is no wonder that many struggle to fully understand it, work with it, and implement it.
We at Sustaina Company want to do whatever we can to help bridge this CSR gap.
That is why we are introducing the CSR assistant education.
During the course of six months, one employee from your company will learn about a bunch of different and essential facets of CSR.
However, it is very important for us that our students not only know the theory but also how to apply it in practice.
Therefore, the education mostly involves the students doing practical work in your company combined with two weeks of learning in “school”.
There are multiple benefits of doing it this way:
Knowing how to apply theory to practice helps you to better understand it.
It gives you real-world problem-solving skills tailored to your organization.
You receive a well-rounded learning experience balancing abstract concepts and concrete examples.
We will make sure to make it simple and easy to understand - and of course be available as online support when you need it.
