Ready for ESG takeoff?
Ready for ESG takeoff?
Getting started with ESG is a must.
And if you haven’t already, chances are that you’ll fall behind pretty quickly in 2025.
But where do you start? What do you start with? Who do you include? Do you have someone who can be dedicated to it, or don’t you have enough resources?
If your answers to these questions come out more like questions (or if your answer is "I don't know” and a shoulder shrug) then look no further.
We have a solution especially designed for you.
Get your "own" ESG manager
It's getting more and more common to have your own in-house ESG manager.
Having someone who knows what's up and down in the messy world of ESG is priceless.
Someone who knows where to start and who to call for answers.
Someone who can pick up all your attempts at getting started and make sense of it.
By now you're probably thinking: Yeah that sounds awesome, but that kind of person doesn't exactly grow on trees.
Or maybe you don't know if you have enough tasks to employ someone like that full-time.
Or maybe you're not really thinking anything except closing your computer and going home.
What do we know, we're not mind readers.
But if, by chance, you're thinking one or both of the two first things, then you should really consider giving us a call.
Because our ESG manager 'rental' would be perfect for you!
Once a week, once a month, or twice a month (depending on the package you choose), one of our consultants will come sit with you.
Basically as a real part of your team as an ESG employee.
That way, you get an experienced team member, who can spearhead your ESG efforts without you having to invest in a full-time employee that you’re not ready for.
Here's what we'll do
We'll start from the beginning.
Yes, it's cool being at the top, but we wouldn’t want you toppling over when you’re up there because your foundation was weak.
That’s why we put a lot of focus on getting that foundation right from the beginning.
Sort of like in a pyramid.
Starting with a gap analysis and maybe a double materiality assessment (DMA) will help highlight the areas that are the most relevant for you.
With this in mind, we then help you with a practical action plan that can really get you going.
Of course we don’t just stick the plan in your hand and wave goodbye once it’s done (unless that’s what you want).
We care about seeing it through and don’t mind handling the tasks at all.
In fact, we love being a part of our clients’ teams as ESG employees and getting to help and see the ESG work progress.
It’s a new year meaning time for new beginnings and projects – why not include ESG (before it’s way too late)?
