Far from every company has the capacity to manage ESG alone.

Taking on a full-time employee can be expensive, but giving the responsibility to an existing employee isn’t always the best move either. With a lack of time, skills, and resources for that person, you risk ending up with none of the tasks done and an unhappy employee.

Enter our flexible solution (smooth, right?). When you rent a part-time ESG Manager from us, you get a highly skilled and experienced ESG expert as a part of your team for a set number of hours every month, all depending on your needs and wishes.

All prices are excluding taxes and transportation.


There are many types of tasks that we can take on as part-time ESG Managers:

  • Due Diligence (incl. risks assessments and being the point of contact for suppliers).

  • Chemical testing

  • Creating and implementing an ESG strategy

  • Internal ESG training

  • Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)

The setup continues for as long as you want, and you can change the number of hours per month if you need more or less help. Can’t get a lot more flexible than that.

However, we understand that budgets can be tight and priorities can change quickly. The last thing we want is to hold you back, which is why we offer an easy out if you need to focus your resources somewhere else. So if you wish to terminate your agreement, you only have to provide one month’s notice.


So you’re getting a new part-time ESG manager - but who?

The ESG Pyramid and the different stages of assistance

There are many different ways of working with ESG, and your needs may vary. Therefore, we have developed the ESG pyramid, to get an understanding of where you’re at, and what you need help with. Browse through the different stages below.

  • To reach this stage, you need to have completed stage 1 and 2. In stage 3, we start up the larger projects, such as strategic marketing campaigns, collaborations, designing for circularity, setting up take-back schemes, making a GHG report and more.

  • To reach stage 2, you need to complete stage 1. Before we jump to stage 2, we also have a chat with you, to make sure you have your baseline in place. In stage 2 the main focus is on your products and materials. Here we build a material strategy, optimize packaging and train product teams so they are up to the task.

  • Stage 1 is all about building a solid foundation. Once you’re “done” the work continues in the form of maintenance. In stage 1 we map your supply chain, and material use. We collect data on your supply chain’s social compliance and your packaging materials. We develop a due diligence process and make sure you have the policies you need and that they are distributed to your suppliers so they can read and sign them.
