Kamma has 20 years of experience as a product developer and ESG responsible in various Danish fashion companies, making her an ESG Generalist. She firmly believes in pushing the bar and helps companies increase their ambitions. She is an Impact Manager and can help guide you through a B Corp certification.

ESG Consultant
Louise has previously worked with ESG in a large Danish company. She is full of ideas, enjoys strategizing, and contributes to our continuous development. She enjoys sharing her knowledge, a great trait in a consultant. As an ESG chameleon, she supports our customers across different ESG topics and needs.

ESG Consultant
Jade’s knowledge of ESG spans over multiple areas, but she especially knows a lot about circularity. She has more than seven years of experience with sustainability, five of which have had circularity in focus. Experience she has gathered from working with fashion brands in both Denmark and the Netherlands.

Sara has worked with ESG in the luxury, fashion and jewellery industry, both in-house and as an advisor to international brands. She combines ESG strategy with a strong sense for communication and business development, and helps companies turn their sustainability ambitions into something concrete and commercially relevant. She has lived in five countries and speaks three languages, so she brings an international outlook to our customers and their ESG journeys.

Josephine supports companies with ESG matters at both strategic and operational levels, translating complex requirements into practical solutions. She brings particular expertise in due diligence, supplier management, and product and packaging compliance. With a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and business processes, she helps companies establish structured approaches to compliance and responsible business practices.
