Your preferred materials

  • What materials have made your list of preferred materials?

  • What makes them a better choice?

  • Do you have any certifications?

  • Are you a member of any membership organisations?

Your partnerships

  • How do you work with external partners?

  • How do you ensure that your suppliers have fair working conditions, have satisfactory management systems or are in control of their environmental management?

  • How do you make sure that regulations and legislation are adhered to?

Your due diligence process

  • What steps have you included in your due diligence process?

  • How often do you repeat the process?

  • What stakeholders do you involve in the process?

Care and repair guide

  • How should consumers wash their garments?

  • How should consumers dry their garments?

  • How should consumers store their garments?

  • How do they repair the most common damages?

Remember to stay away from generic sustainability terms and phrases such as "eco-, green, climate friendly, environmentally conscious, etc.".
