Your mind may go straight to one specific person or a specific team.

Often one person or team has been given the main responsibility of CSR, while the rest of the company basically carries on as usual.

But if we are to succeed with changing and futureproofing our company, it will never be enough to involve just a handful of people.

Everyone needs to realize that they have a part to play and a responsibility to do their job in the most responsible way.

Because in the end, CSR is not just a new field of work. It is about running your company in the best way possible regarding every single aspect.

No one can claim that their work doesn’t affect people or planet in one way or another.
